Imposter Syndrome I’m Fine. It’s Fine. Everything is Fine. You’ve gotten the job. You’ve won the awards. You are leading initiatives to make change. So why do you feel like all you have accomplished is because you got lucky? Imposter Syndrome is a pervasive phenomenon that causes people to doubt their skills and accomplishments, even though they have achieved measurable success. Not to be confused with humility, left unchecked, Imposter Syndrome has a negative impact on people’s relationships, their work, and their health & wellness. This session will explore the causes of Imposter Syndrome, its impact on personal and professional development, and practical techniques to overcome it and know your worth. Attendees will leave with actionable strategies and steps to immediately apply, as well as new technology tools that will focus on their wellness from the inside out.
